CONSULTATION WITH CUSTOMER

Ask your client if they have anything special on this week that could determine what colour they wear. For example, do they have a special dinner, wedding, work function, date, lots of cleaning at home, or going on holiday? Where your client is going can determine what colour they are wearing on their nails. It is then up to you to help them coordinate a fantastic colour to go with whatever it is they are doing and make them look sensational! Here’s some other tips for making sure they look great and feel great at the same time.

TIP

  1. Ask them “Do you feel like a light or dark colour or a bright or translucent colour today?”
  2. Remember wearing colour is a FASHION ACCESSORY.
  3. Remember that matching nail colours with clothing doesn’t always result in a great look – opposites can often be much more attractive

SELLING TIPS FOR CUSTOMER

One coat of any of the pale translucent colour is tough, durable and perfect for:

  • A new mum
  • A client who doesn’t want to look like they have any polish on
  • A client who doesn’t want to think about their colour till there next manicure
  • A client who is in the garden all the time
  • A client that is really rough on her hands and doesn’t like wearing glove
  1. Many people believe that pale colour on fair skin doesn’t look good. Not true! See Dani (snow flake shimmer) for example, it looks great even on fair skin.
  2. If your client likes only wearing pale colours on their hands encourage them to wear all of the other colours they would say “I’d never wear that on my hands” on their toes. Its really enjoyable and not so intimidating for them having a different colour on their toes.
